Ingredients
Beef - 500 gm
Egg - 1
Refined flour - 50 gm
Corn flour - 50 gm
Onion - 80 gm
capsicum - 50 gm
Ginger - 5 gm
Garlic - 3 gm
Celery - 5 gm
  Spring onion - 15 gm
Green chilly - 10 gm
Salt - 10 gm
Pepper - 5 gm
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Soya sauce - 15 ml
Chilly sauce - 15 ml
Stock - 200 ml
Preparation Method
Clean and cut beef into thin slices.
Make a batter with refined flour,corn
flour,egg,seasoning and water.
Mix beef with water and deep fry and
keep aside.
Slice onion,capsicum and green chilly.
Chop ginger,garlic and celery.
Heat oil,add chopped and sliced
ingredients,saute.
Add salt,pepper,ajinomoto,sugar,soya
sauce,chilly sauce stock,add fried beef.
Add corn flour dissolved in a little
water.
Serve hot garnished with chopped spring
onion.
