Ingredients
1. Drumsticks -225gm
2. Potatoes -115gm
3. Brinjal - 115gm
4. Elephant yam - 115gm
5. Plantain - 115gm
6. Chauli beans -115gm
7. coconut -115gm
  8. coconut oil -50ml
9. Green chillies -5gm
10. Turmeric -2 pinch
11. Cumin - 2 pinch
12. Cueds or mango - 115gm
13. Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Preparation Method
1. Wash and peel vegetable and cut them into long pieces.
2. Grind together coconut chillies and cumin into a fire
paste.
3. Beat the cueds well.
4. Boil vegetable in sufficient water with turmeric and salt.
5. Add ground ingredients bcaten cueds and curry leaves .Bring
to boil. Pour fersh coconut oil and remove from fire. searv
