Curd-250 gm
Green chillies-12 gm
CoconutGrated)-75 gm
Ginger-20 gm
Coconut oil-25 ml
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves-a few
Salt-to taste

Preparation Method

Slice green chillies and ginger.
Grind coconut to a fine paste.
Beat curds well.
Add coconut ,green chillies and ginger.
Add salt and mix well.
Take a pan,Heat oil ,add mustard
when the mustard seeds crackle and
leaves and add to the curds mixture and
mix well.
