Ingredients

Noodles - 400 gm
Chicken - 200 gm
Cabbage - 150 gm
Mushrooms - 60 gm
Carrot - 60 gm
Ginger - 5 gm
Garlic - 3 gm
Onion - 50 gm
Capsicum - 30 gm
Egg - 2
Chicken stock - 100 ml
Soya sauce - 20 ml
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Spring onion - 15 gm
Cherry - 10 gm
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Oil - 30 ml
 

Preparation Method

Boil and drain noodles.
Shread all vegetables.
Boil and shread chicken.
Make a plain omlette with eggs and cut
into strips.
Heat oil,add garlic,ginger and
vegetables and saute.
Add sault,pepper,ajinomoto,sugar,soya
sauce and chicken.
Add corn flour dissolved in a little
water.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot garnished with stripes of eggs
and spring onion.
