Ingredients

Fish - 500 gm
Egg - 1
Refined flour - 50 gm
Corn flour - 50 gm
Onion - 50 gm
Garlic - 10 gm
Ginger - 3 gm
Celery - 10 gm
Spring onion - 15 gm
Oil - 30 ml
Salt - 10 gm
Pepper - 5 gm
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - 10 gm
Red colour - a pinch
Vinegar - 15 ml
Soya sauce - few drops
Tomato sauce - few drops
 

Preparation Method

Clean and fillet fish and cut into cubes.
Make a batter with egg,refined flour,
corn flour,seasoning and water.
Dip fish on batter and deep fry. Keep it
aside.
Chop onion, garlic,ginger and celery.
Heat oil,saute chopped ingredients.
Add salt,pepper,sugar,ajinomoto,soya
sauce,tomato sauce,vineger and colour.
Add stock and allow to boil.
Add cron flour dissolved in a little
water.
Add fried fish.
Serve hot garnished with fried onion.
