Mutton-500 gm
Onion-50 gm
Tomatto-100 gm
Ginger-5 gm
Garlic-5 gm
Red chillies-15 gm
Vineger-30 ml
Fat-30 gm
Cinnamon-2 gm
Nutmeg-2 gm
Mustard seeds-10 gm
salt-2 gm
cumin-2 gm
 

Preparation Method

Wash and cut mutton.
Grind half of the
onion,ginger,garlic,mustard
seeds,cinnamon,nutmeg,cumin and red
chillies with vineger.

Heat fat and saute chopped onion,add
ground spices and fry well
Add meat and fry.
Add remaining vineger,salt
Add potatoes and chopped tomatoes.
cook till done
serve hot.
