Ingredients

Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 100 gm
Ginger - 30 gm
Garlic - 5 gm
Oil - 30 ml
Celery - 10 gm
Salt - 10 gm
Pepper - 5 gm
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Soya sauce - 10 ml
Red colour - a pinch
Egg - 1
Refined flour - 30 gm
 

Preparation Method

Clean and cut chicken.
Make a batter with egg,refined
flour,corn flour and water.
Mix chicken with batter and fry.
Heat oil. Add chopped
ginger,garlic,celery,spring onion.
Add salt,pepper,soya
sauce,ajinomoto,sugar,colour and stock.
Add chicken.
Add corn flour dissolved in a little
water,serve hot garnished with onion.
