Ingredients |
1. Chicken -1
2. Pineapple cubes -1 cup
3. Wine -1 tbsp
4. Soya sauce -3 tbsp
5. Sugar -1 tbsp
6. Salt -to taste

7. Corn flour -1 tbsp
8. Ginger -2.5cm
9. Pineapple juice -1/2cup
10. Celery sticks -2-3
11. Sesame oil -for frying

Preparation Method |
1. Clean and deep fry the whole chicken till it becomes golden brown.
2. Place in a bowl and add sliced ginger,sugar,wine,soys sauce and salt
,steam until tender.
3. Remove the bones and cut chicken into small pieces place it in a dish and
keep warm.
4. In chicken stock add pineapple juice,Blend in corn flour .And boil it
become thick.
5. Add pineapple cubes and celery and pour it over chicken .
6. Garnish with parsley. |
