Ingredients

Carrots - 100 gm
Cabbage - 100 gm
Cauliflower - 100 gm
Capsicum - 50 gm
Beans - 100 gm
Onion - 100 gm
Ginger - 5 gm
Green chilli - 5 gm
Soya sauce - 15 ml
Chilli sauce - 15 ml
salt - 10 gm
Pepper - 5 gm
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Oil - 30 ml
Spring onion - 15 ml
Noodles - 100 gm
Coriander leaves - 10 gm
Refined flour - 50 gm
Corn flour - 50 gm
Egg - 1
 

Preparation Method


Make a batter with egg, refined
flour,corn flour,salt,pepper,ajinomoto,
sugar and water.
Slice all vegetables.
Mix with batter and deep fry.
Heat oil. Add sliced ginger,garlic,onion
and green chilli.
Add salt,pepper,ajinomoto,sugar,soya
sauce and chilli ssauce.
Add fried vegetables and fried crispy
noodles.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion
and coriander leaves.
