Ingredients

1. Cooked chicken ,crab or lobster -225 gm
2. Tomatoes -225gm
3. Fat or oil -For frying
4. Onions -225gm
5.Spring onions -2-3
6. Salt & pepper -to taste
7. Mushrooms -115gm
8. Bamboo shoots -60gm
9. Corn flour - 1tbsp
10. Egg -1
11. Tomato sauce -to taste
 

Preparation Method

1. Cut chicken crab into small pieces.
2. Slice thinly all vegetable in a little oil for few minutes.
3. Add chicken or fish and season with salt &pepper.
4. Pour in just enough stock to cover.
5. Add soya sauce boil for 3-5 minutes.
6. Blend cornflour with little water and add .
7. Continue cooking till it thicken .
8. Beat egg season and prepare an omelette.
9. Serve chicken and vegetable with omelette on top and a little tomato sauce
poured over it.
