Ingredients

Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 100 gm
Capsicum - 100 gm
Ginger - 30 gm
Garlic - 30 gm
Red Chilli - 30 gm
Oil - 30 gm
Spring Onion - 15 gm
Celery - 10 gm
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Soya sauce - 2 ml
Red color - a pinch
Egg - 1
Refined flour - 30 gm
 

Preparation Method

Clean and cut chicken.
Make batter with egg, refined flour,corn
flour seasoning.
Mix chicken with batter and deep fry.
Heat oil.
Add chopped ginger,garlic,sliced
onion,capsicum and saute.
Add salt,pepper,soya
sauce,ajinomoto,sugar,red colour,red
chilli.
Add fired chicken.
Add corn flour dissolved in a little
water.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion
