Ingredients |
1. Spare ribs -500gm
2. Garlic -5 flaks
3. Ginger -2.5 cm piece

4. Soya sauce -6tbsp
5. Ajinomotto -1 tbsp
6. Salt -1 tbsp

Preparation Method |
1. Peel and crush ginger and garlic.
2. Mix them with remaining ingredients and spreed over spare ribs.
3. marinade for 1 hour.
4. Bake in a medium oven over a pan of boiling water till tender.
5. Chop ribs into 7.5 cm length and separate.
6. Serve hot. |
