Ingredients

1. Noodles -1/2 packet
2. Chicken -300gm
3. Shrimps -300gm
4. Carrot -200gm
5. Chicken stock -10ml
6. Cabbage -300gm
7. Onions -100gm
8. Tomato sauce -1/2 a small bottle
9. Corn starch -30gm
10. Oil -10ml
11. Oil -for deep fry
12. Salt & pepper -to taste
 

Preparation Method

1. Boil the noodles drain them and then deep fry to a crisp brown.
2. Shell and devein shrimps.
3. Clean and cut vegetable into thin long strips.
4. Heat oil in a pan add shredded chicken and sauce.
5. Then add shrimps and saute for few minutes.
6. Add vegetable and chicken stock then add salt & pepper and tomato sauce.
7. Thicken with corn flour blend with cold water.
8. When mixture becomes thick remove from fire and place on crisp noodles.
9. Serve immediately.
