Ingredients

1. Raw brest of chicken -85gm
2. Chicken stock -1.2 litre
3. Ajinomoto -a pinch
4. Egg -1
5. Canned asparagus -8
6. Corn flour -30gm
 

Preparation Method

1. Heat chicken stock and add asparagus tips and shredded chicken.
2. Add ajinomoto and salt & pepper.
3. Blend corn flour with a little cold water and mix with soup.
4. Boil the soup add beaten egg white and stir well.
5. When slightly thickend remove the soup from fire and serve hot.
