Prawns - 50 gm
Chicken breast - 100 gm
Beef - 30 gm
Carrot - 30 gm
Cabbage - 50 gm

Tomato - 30 gm
Oil - 30 ml

Vineger - 10 ml
Soya sauce - 10 ml
Sugar - 10 gm
Salt - 10 gm

Ajinomoto - a pinch

Corn flour - 15 gm

Preparation Method |
Shread prawns,chicken, beef and whole
vegetables.
Boil noodles and deep fry.
Heat oil and garlic and all shreded
ingredients.
Add salt,pepper,ajinomoto,sugr,soya
sauce,tomato sauce,vineger ,red colour
and stock.
Add corn flour dissolved in a little
water.
Set fried noodles on a plate,pour the
gravy over and serve hot garnished with
fried egg. |
