Ingredients

Rice - 50 gm
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 200 gm
Sultanas - 20 gm
Cashew Nuts - 20 gm
Cardamom - 2 gm
 

Preparation Method

Wash rice and soak.
Cook rice in water with half of milk
till soft.
Add remaining milk and sugar and
cook,stir occassionally.
Fry nuts and sultanas.
Add cardamom.
Serve hot or cold garnished with nuts
and sultanas.
