Ingredients |
1. Fish -500gm
2. Bread -15gm
3. Egg -1
4. Refined flour -10gm
5. Milk -30ml
6. Onions -15gm

7. Spinach -500gm
8. Anchovies -a few fillets
9. Bread crumbs -20gm
10. Salt,pepper and nutmeg -to taste
11. Butter -30gm

Preparation Method |
1. Boil the fish in bouillion.
2. Bone and skin it and mix bread soaked in milk .Then squeeze.
3. Add onions which is finely chopped & sauted in a little butter.
4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5. Shape into rissoles .Dip them in flour then in egg and bread crumbs and
deep fry.
6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve garnished with chopped spinach cooked
in butter to which some chopped anchovy also been added with it. |
