Ingredients |
1. Tender tamarind leaves -a handful
2. Sliced onions -500gm
3. Peeled and sliced garlic -10pods
4. Oil -1/2

5. Dry prawns -1 cup
6. Ground nut -2 tbsp
7. Red chillies -6

Preparation Method |
1. Fry and drain sliced onions and garlic and keep aside
2. Powder the red chillies.
3. Roasted and powder prawns.
4. Take a plate and arrange all the ingredients separately .
5. Place the oil (which used to fry onions and garlic) in a cup and place it
centre of plate.
6. Mix with oil and eat. |
