Oil-3 tbsp

Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Peppercorns-2 tsp
Cumin-1 tsp

Preparation Method |
Clean ,cut and Wash chicken pieces.
Grind ginger,garlic,cumin,pepper, chilli
powder and turmeric into fine paste.
Add salt and the paste to chicken
pieces and cook in half a cup of
water, ,till tender.
Heat oil ,Fry chopped onion and curry
leaves untill golden brown.
Add the cooked chicken and fry for 10
minutes.
